THE UTOPIAN ISLANDS & THE UTOPIAN RENAISSANCE
The Utopian Islands and The Utopian Renaissance is a $4.0 billion, 10-year project that has two main parts, which we call "The Resort & Private Bank and The Renaissance".  

Part I: Creating the Ultimate Private Resort & Private Bank  (Years 1-5)
The Company is building the ultimate private island resort in the Exuma region of the Bahamas, known as "Billionaires' Row".  This breathtaking region is virtually untouched and secluded from the rest of the world, with Nassau being 90 miles away by boat or plane.  Our private resort will be sold exclusively to the wealthiest, smartest, and most powerful individuals in the world, offering its estate owners exclusivity, total privacy, and the world's best security, along with all the amenities and services one could desire.   

Part II: Creating the Ultimate Renaissance
(Years 6-10)
With our own Bahamian Private Bank based on the Gold Standard as the foundation, The Utopian Renaissance, the parent Company of all 4 major business units, will form a unique Investment Club exclusively for our Corporate Estate owners and World Club Members.  Then, the Company will launch our revolutionary entrepreneurial training company and university with its unique FINTECH platform.  And then finally, we will host a global entrepreneurial competition with our Investment Club as the Judges, whereby we teach and fund entrepreneurs who create massive global solutions companies that seek to solve our world's perpetual problems.
